I am fun to be with and looking to start a new chapter in my life. Music is very important to me and I like going to live music events as well as classical concerts, the ballet and opera. I play the piano, mainly classical pieces but have a liking for Cole Porter. I am drawn to a lot of things from an earlier time - I like historic houses, antiques, black and white films ( particularly film noir) and classic cars. I like eating out but am equally happy cooking dinner at home. I don’t follow mainstream fashion and make quite a lot of my own clothes. I would like to travel, mainly in Europe but there’s still plenty of places in the UK I would like to visit. I try to have a positive, optimistic outlook on life and think that life is for living.

I am looking for someone who is caring and romantic, who can make my life more meaningful and fulfilling. Someone who is willing to travel to new places, different restaurants and cultural events but equally happy with country walks and snuggling by a log fire. On the negative front, I do not like smokers, tattoos or Reform voters.
