About him
Hi I'm Dave. A bit about me - I'm the middle of three brothers, and like a deep and meaningful over some good food. Family is really important to me, and I love spending time with them in the country or by the sea! Especially with my little niece who's nearly 5! :)
I would definitely say that I like to learn - whether a podcast, new book or documentary, learning a new recipe (my cooking skills are improving...) or just trying out something new. This year I'd love to improve my tennis serve.. and actually get the ball in the box more often!! ;) I like to keep active and always keen to try out a new class or take a weekend trip. I work in engineering and get involved in some interesting projects with the occasional opportunity to travel too.
I have cousins in the South of France, which is great for holidays and means I get to practise my French (even if it's a bit rusty). While also enjoying the pastries, cheese, fresh fruit and red wine of course.
I'd like to think my best qualities are being kind & warm, honest, open and curious with a good dash of humour thrown in! :)
