About her
I am a thoughtful, caring, family woman. I enjoy walking my golden retriever, playing bridge and I play table tennis weekly. I also love to attend concerts and sing in my local choir. If I have a free moment, I enjoy meeting friends, spending time with grandchildren or reading a book.
I really enjoy cooking, and going to concerts and the theatre. I used to play a lot of tennis but now I play table tennis which is good fun and sociable. I like watching some sport - mainly tennis and winter sports but I'm afraid I'm not a particular football fan.
I am generally a happy, positive sort of person and I like to see the funny side of life. I think it is important not to take things too seriously, and to laugh if possible. However, I try to be sensitive to other people's moods and problems.
I am quite concerned about environmental issues, particularly as far as the future of my children and grandchildren is concerned.
I am now retired, but spent my working life in education, mainly as a teacher.

I just want to meet a kind and friendly man. Someone who believes family is important. Who enjoys doing the normal and simple things, like going to the theatre or concerts.
I would like him to enjoy simple pleasures, like going for a coffee and reading the papers together, discussing odd issues that are interesting.
