My friends might describe me as direct (tactless), fun (always up for a night out in London), loud (speaking), and fast (again, speaking). They have told me I'm an extrovert, although frankly I get sick of people (in principle, rather than individuals) pretty quickly and value time alone. I love London, the theatre, good restaurants, classical concerts and opera - and the occasional dance into the wee hours. In my downtime, outside work and hanging out with my mostly delightful children, I'm probably planning... the next overseas trip or a house renovation is often on the cards. I am curious about the world and an optimist at heart, despite all the daily evidence to the contrary.

There's so much that can be attractive and compelling which makes this format for 'matching' with someone so difficult, but I suppose high on my list would be that you're bright, articulate, a bit irreverent, genuine, don't take yourself too seriously and don't come with a whopping ego. If you're musical or play an instrument that's a welcome addition, but not a show-stopper if not. I enjoy discovering new things and would love someone to introduce me to their favourite bits of London/the world - as a starter. Not too much of an ask, right?
