I am a below-knee amputee - I wear a prosthetic leg, and drive a Motability car and use a mobility scooter. I sit in circumstances where others might stand. My disability is not an insùrmountable problem, it simply means I approach some aspects of life from a different perspective.
I am strong-minded and decisive - if I say "no" to something, it really is not worth trying to change my mind.

I am looking for a man who is a committed Christian, has faith in God and who attends worship regularly.
That is non-negotiable.
I am hoping for someone intelligent, kind and caring, with a quick wit and good sense of humour who would not mind helping me very occasionally with my mobility aids.
It would be good if most of our interests matched.
I need someone who listens to what I say, rather than someone who makes unthinking assumptions about me.
He would need to understand that I am not prepared, in any circumstances,to move away from my current location - I believe I have been called, by God, to work in Ongar and to live close to my children and grandchilldren. I own my flat, which I was able to buy at a very reasonable price and it is remodelled and redecorated to my specifications.
I am not worried about physical appearance, height or weight and I think that star signs are irrelevant.
I want someone who would value and cherish me deeply and consider me a priority in their lives.
