I like to cook as I used to have a restaurant. Career background is hospitality and conservation. I spent 6 months in NZ and managed an island that protected kiwis and one year I spent 4 weeks at the Bird Observatory on Fair Isle as an assistant cook which led to a conservation project in Mallorca.
