I am a software engineer and an intelligent movement practitioner ( no pain only gain, called Feldenkrais Method ).
I am a lifelong learner seeking to discover my real self through awareness in everything I do. My interests are very broad and I spend most of my free time learning new and exciting things like hiking, gardening, reading, active holidays, swimming, running.
I am interested in nutrition, philosophy, anatomy, botany, AI and computers. I love poetry.
I like going for a run in the morning bathing in the rays of morning sun or going for a long walk in the country or rolling on the floor Feldenkrais style finding new movement patterns and building new neural connections🙃 I love the Mediterranean and early morning swimming in warm and quiet mirror like water when you break it with gentle strokes and admiring the rising sun and shoals of fish under foot... Have you ever noticed that fish likes to bite your red painted toenails?🤔 Or watching a sunset in a Greek taverna on a beach and see its fire in the eyes of someone you love?
