I’m a positive, loyal, loving & grounded person. I prefer experiences and quality time to material items and am definitely a glass half-full girl.
My perfect ways to spend time with those I love are kitchen discos with cocktails, eating out, or keeping it simple at home with a bottle of wine in front of the fire or out on the terrace, board games are optional.
I love travel adventures and outdoor activities including hiking, swimming, snowboarding (& skiing as of 2022), sea kayaking and cycling. But I equally love downtime, losing myself in a good book or kicking back and enjoying being out in nature.
I spent 20 years in biomedical research, and now blend a mixture of nutrition, yoga, catering and community commissioning to keep my days interesting.
Health is a passion of mine, I eat little dark chocolate every day, I’m not veggie, but would say I eat veg-heavy and eat a wide range of food and styles. I LOVE trying new foods!
My regular fitness includes dog walks (two mini-schnauzers), FIIT workouts, yoga and swimming in the summer. I’m an irregular runner, finished two marathons and am thinking of doing Oxford half this year.
I find myself single after 29 years, fully separated and amicably so.
