Hi, thank you for dropping by, it's lovely to meet you. I'm warm and kind-hearted, with a definite moral compass. I'm very much on the feminine side of female. I freely step from heels to walking boots, although I prefer being bare foot best of all. I'm slim and petite, with soft bits too. I can be serious and thoughtful, but sometimes a little bit playful as well. . . I like early mornings when the house is quiet and the sun is just gently rising across the valley, and the sky is beginning to come alive with pinks and reds and yellows. I love crisp mornings when the garden looks dusted in a brittle frosty coating. I love the sea when it's wild in the winter; with memories of a childhood growing up by the Devon coast. I'm a Couch to 5K convert. I love being outside and it wins every time over chores. I swim, I walk, and I like workouts and Pilates. I like kayaking in hot places, dog sledging in cold ones, and messing around in boats in the Scillies. St Martin's is my favourite place, my favourite island. I love hot places and cold places, and ones in between. And yes I would like to see other new places too. Company would be very nice, as sharing is the best way to travel.
I’m passionate about gardens and gardening, and yes that is a picture is from my garden. I love going to the theatre and the ballet. I'm pretty good at making things. I'm creative and imaginative, but the absolute highlight of my week is my philosophy discussion group. It makes me think and explore, with a lovely group of people. Above all, the people that I love count the most, and I would move mountains for them. How would I choose to spend my time? - simply with my favourite people. I can be self-sufficient, but being together with a soulmate would make every day a Sunday. I'm looking for a very special person.
